03/30/2017
By Tim Madigan

Fairfield, CA- The Fairfield Cordelia Library presents an opportunity to learn how to make kimchi at home. Kimchi is the national dish of Korea and it is popping up in grocery stores across America. The probiotics created in the fermentation process give this spicy, garlicky dish its unique flavor and texture. Born and raised in Seoul, Korea, Yoojin Madigan will demonstrate how to prepare homemade kimchi.
