This year's winner of the 2014 Teen Summer Reading Challenge was Victoria from Cordelia.

The 2014 Teen Summer Reading theme was "Spark a Reaction." It was the first year that allowed teens to complete an open range of summer goals of their own making, the ability to complete and view their success online and also "dare" their friends to complete a goal.

Here is what Victoria shared with us about participating in the program:

"I liked doing the dares this year, it was different and fun. I did extra dares mostly because it was just fun to make up dares. My favorite part was doing the dares that I wanted – and this part (winning) too! If I were to tell my friends about the summer reading program I would tell them it’s fun and how it works, and that they could win an ipad mini too."

"Shout out to my family, and to my sister Hosanna who I dared to write a letter to this summer.”
