By Andrea Klecki

The Vacaville Cultural Center Library’s DIY Thursdays —held on the first Thursday of each month—features a unique craft project for every program. Children are also welcome to participate, but must be accompanied by an adult. The next program will be on July 5 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m..

This month’s craft is: paper quilling. Make amazing works of art by rolling, shaping, and gluing colorful strips of paper.. All materials will be supplied. Space is limited so registration is required. Please call or come by the library’s Information Desk to sign up.

This program is provided for free to the public, thanks to the Vacaville Friends of the Library. The library is located at 1020 Ulatis Drive. For further information call 1-866-57-ASKUS or look on the library website at www.solanolibrary.com.
