John F. Kennedy Public Library, Children’s Department presents a new program for kids called Afternoon Adventures. This free program is open to school-age children grades kindergarten through 5th grade (children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult.)
The program takes place every Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the JFK Public Library 505 Santa Clara Street, Vallejo. No registration necessary.
Afternoon Adventures consists of fun activities and events that encourage literacy, creativity, and opportunities to hang-out with new friends. Our next big events will be “Star Wars Day Celebration: May the Force Be with U on the 5th" and on Thursday, May 12th The Lawrence Hall of Science Presents: "Inventor's Lab: Fun with Polymers." JFK and the generous Friends of Vallejo Public Libraries are proud to bring to the children of the community these fun and interactive programs.
