Free Comic Book Day Celebrated May 7 at Six Local Libraries

Free comic books for adults, children and teens will be distributed while supplies last, at six branches of Solano County Library on Saturday, May 7, beginning at 10 a.m. Free Comic Book Day is part of a nationwide effort to promote the art form of comics.  In addition to the libraries listed below, free comic books will also be distributed at the Solano Kids Read event featuring author Mac Barnett at 1 p.m. at the Kroc Center, 586 E. Wigeon Way.
