Summer is coming and the downtown library is kicking off its schedule of events with a party. Every week at 4:00 beginning on Thursday, June 9th we will be having fun. Everything from Magicians to an old-fashioned Ice Cream social complete with the Travis AFB Jazz band.

This coming Thursday, June 9th, we will have cotton candy, games and information about the library. You can sign your child up for the Summer Reading Challenge and learn about how you can participate too. The library is trying to reach a County-wide goal of 100,000 books read over the summer. Every book you read is one book closer to our goal.

Come to the library to have fun and read!
