Edible BookFest Contest

By Delilah Wilson

There is still time to join in on the fun and sign-up for our first ever Edible BookFest contest.

Simply dream up an edible interpretation of a book’s title or theme, and bring it to life using food.

The contest is open to adults, ages 18 and up, and registration forms are available at the Vacaville Town Square Library. Contestants must register no later than Saturday, June 17, 2017.

The public is welcome to view and vote on contestants’ creations on Tuesday, June 20, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm, at the Vacaville Town Square  Library, 1 Town Square Place.

By popular vote, there will be a prize awarded to the first, second, and    third place winners.

This event is free, thanks to the Vacaville Friends of the Library.
