Children and their families are invited to celebrate Independence Day by making custom flags on Tuesday, July 3 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Vacaville Cultural Center Library. Kids can design their own flag using a variety of colors and shapes, and participate in a parade around the library to wave their flag and show it off to the crowd.

This program is provided for free to the public, thanks to the Vacaville Friends of the Library. The library is located at 1020 Ulatis Drive. For further information call 1-866-57-ASKUS or look on the library website at www.solanolibrary.com.
