CHP Start Smart

The Vacaville Cultural Center Library will be having a session of “CHP Start Smart” on Wednesday, Aug. 15 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.. “Start Smart” is a free driver’s education workshop hosted by a California Highway Patrol officer to discuss safe driving techniques and explaining the rules and responsibilities of driving to new teen drivers and their parents. All teens age 15 to 19 that are preparing to become new drivers or have just received their license may attend the workshop. Teens must have a parent or guardian with them in order to attend.
