Earn It! Keep It! Save It!: Super Saturday Free Tax Preparation

United Way of the Bay Area will offer free electronic tax preparation for low to moderate income taxpayers earning less than $54,000. Trained volunteers will be available to assist with electronically submitting federal and California taxes. This event will take place at the Vacaville Town Square Library on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The library is located at 1 Town Square Place. No appointment necessary. First come, first served. Last intake is at 2 p.m.

 

Documents to bring:

  1. Photo identification for each person on your tax return.
  2. Social Security card or ITIN for each person on your tax return.
  3. W-2 forms for all jobs held in 2016.
  4. All 1099, 1098, and any other tax forms.
  5. Last year’s tax return.
  6. Child care provider information.
  7. Landlord’s name, address, and phone number for CA Renter’s Credit.
  8. Your household’s health coverage information (Forms 1095-A, B, or C).
  9. Savings and checking account and routing numbers for direct deposit.
