Having Problems?

Following are some common questions we receive about using our Databases.

1. I cannot search for articles from outside the library.

If you are searching for articles from outside the library, be prepared to enter the following information:

  • library card number
  • last name
  • last 4 digits of phone number
2. I don't have a library card, what can I do?

3. I have my library card information and still cannot get access.
Sometimes, a firewall installed on your computer can interfere with accessing our articles and databases.  If you have a personal firewall, set your personal firewall to allow referring urls.
4. I have a question on how to search the databases.

Monday – Thursday 10 a.m.– 9 p.m.

Friday – Saturday 10 a.m.– 5 p.m.

Sunday 1-5 p.m.
