Solano Kids Read

Solano Kids Read is a free program that encourages children to read for fun and to experience books in new ways.

This year’s selection is Gordon Korman’s award winning novel, Schooled. See what happens when a young teenager seemingly left behind in a 1960s time warp tries to fit into a modern middle school. Or does the middle school population learn to fit in with him?

Events
Gordon Korman will visit Solano County Library locations December 9 - 11.   Class reservations will begin in September.  Space is limited.  Check out the full schedule of events.

Teachers can reserve a free classroom set of books for their schools by calling 1-866-57-ASKUS.
