What if every kid read the same book at the same time?
Solano Kids Read
Solano Kids Read is a free program that encourages children to read for fun and to experience books in new ways.
This year’s selection is Susan Patron’s novel, The Higher Power of Lucky. Follow Lucky and her dog H.M.S Beagle as she tries to run away to find her "higher power" and avoid being abandoned by her French guardian.
Events
Susan Patron will visit Solano County Library locations March 19, 20 and 21. Class reservations begin now. Space is limited. Check out the full schedule of events.
