Trouble Logging in?

Your 14-digit Card Number appears on the back of your library card, below the barcode.
Your PIN is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number.
If you don't have a card, and you'd like one, visit a branch to sign up or start with an e-card!.

Late Fees

Adult material .20 per day per item up to $6.00 per item
Young Adult material .20 per day per item up to $6.00 per item
Children’s material .10 per day per item up to $6.00 per item

The charge for a lost item is the replacement cost plus an $10.00 processing fee.

A $1.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost, stolen, or damaged library cards.

To receive your free library card:

Don't have a library card? Start with an e-card! The e-card allows residents of Solano and Napa counties to log-in and use our electronic resources and place holds from home without first coming to a library to get a card. Learn more...

To register for a permanent library card, fill out a Library card application and bring it to the library. Provide identification that includes:

your name
current address
signature

If you are under 18 years of age, you will need the signature of a parent or legal guardian. Please read our letter regarding library cards and minors.

Library Card Safety Tips

You are responsible for the items borrowed on your card.

Do not let others use your card.
Report lost or stolen cards.

Returning Materials

Items checked out from any SNAP (Solano, Napa and Partner) Library may be returned to any of its partner libraries. Items may be returned in person or by using the 24 hour bookdrop.

Renewing Library Materials

Items may be renewed a maximum of two times. You can renew items over the web by accessing Your Library Account. Or you can renew items by visiting or calling your local branch.
