Ten-member appointed board that served in an advisory capacity on matters related to County Library services. Five members were appointed by the Board of Supervisors (one from each supervisorial district), and five members were appointed by the city councils representing the communities served by Solano County Library.
Effective January 2026, the Solano County Library Advisory Council merged with the Measure L Oversight Committee to form the Solano County Library Oversight Advisory Committee.
