The Solano County Library Advisory Committee and Measure L Oversight Committee have merged to form the Solano County Library Oversight Advisory Committee. This seven-member, Board-appointed body provides oversight of library funding and expenditures while advising on library services, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with community needs.
