The Library maintains microfilm copies of local newspapers for Fairfield, Vallejo and Vacaville dating back to the late 1800’s. Each town’s newspapers are available for viewing and photocopying at the larger library branch in that town.
6/13/2025 UPDATE: All of our newspapers on microfilm are currently unavailable to us. They are being digitized in order to make them easily accessible and available online. There is no ETA of when the project will be complete. We apologize for the inconvenience.
