Come learn about our wonderful nighttime neighbors! Corky Quirk of NorCal Bats will present on native Californian bats and their environmental benefits. The presentation will be followed with the opportunity to get up close look at some live bats!

Spooky Storytime & Stuffy Sleepover

Ready for some slightly-scary fun?
Bring a stuffy or toy to enjoy stories, songs, and a light snack. Costumes encouraged!
Leave your toy overnight to have its own adventures in the library. Pick it up the next day after 11:00 am to receive a certificate and photos of the fun!
Overnight participation is optional—please bring a toy you won’t miss and collect it by Tuesday evening.
Suggested for ages 5–10.

Step into the chilling world of Stephen King this October with three terrifying film nights—each adapted from the mind of the master of horror himself. King even penned the screenplays for two of the features: Silver Bullet (based on his novella Cycle of the Werewolf) and the cult classic Pet Sematary (1989).  Film lineup:

Trick or Treat Karaoke (All Ages)

October 30th is known as Mischief Night. What better way to spend it than an evening of karaoke while attired in an outrageous costume! Before haunting the streets and trolling for sweets, belt out a song (or two) prior to yelling out, “Trick or Treat!” Registration is required if you wish to perform a song.
