Welcome to the 2025 Solano Reads Read-a-Thon!

Join us for a fun and rewarding year of reading as part of our Read-a-Thon challenge! Here’s how you can get involved:

1. Sign Up at Your Local Library

Head to your nearest library to register for the challenge. Our friendly library staff will be happy to help you get started.

2. Pick Up Your Gameboard

Once registered, you’ll receive a special gameboard filled with reading prompts. The gameboard is designed with different mile markers, each with a unique reading challenge to inspire and guide your reading journey throughout the year.

3. Read and Track Your Progress

For each mile marker, choose and complete one reading prompt from the list. You can read books or listen to audiobooks based on each prompt. Track your progress on your gameboard as you go!

4. Complete the Challenge

Once you’ve finished reading from every mile marker, visit your library to collect your exclusive Solano Reads medal as a token of your achievement. You’ve earned it!

5. Online Registration and Tracking

Prefer to sign up and track your progress online? No problem! You can register for the challenge HERE on our website and keep track of your readings digitally. Simply log in and update your progress as you go along!

Who Can Participate?

This challenge is designed for adults and teens, but all ages are welcome to join the fun. Whether you’re reading on your own or as part of a family, everyone can enjoy the Read-a-Thon! The program runs through December 31, 2025.
