What is a makerspace?
A place in which people with shared interests, especially in computing or technology, can gather to work on projects while sharing ideas, equipment, and knowledge. – Oxford English Dictionary
The Makery is a makerspace and so much more. The Makery serves as collaborative community space for local innovators to create, explore, discover and learn. The Makery will hold scheduled classes trainings, as well as have designated open hours, where customers are free to use the space and equipment how they choose.

Where is The Makery?

The Makery is located at the Vallejo John F. Kennedy Library. The address is 505 Santa Clara St., Vallejo, CA, 94590.

Hours
The Makery is open to individuals 13 and older (or with a caregiver) Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm-7pm, and Fridays from 2pm-5pm. If you would like to reserve time on a specific piece of equipment, please call 1-866-572-7587 or email themakeryscl@gmail.com to schedule your appointment.
