2023-2028 Strategic Plan

Solano County Library is proud to introduce its 2023-2028 Strategic Plan. The plan was created by Library staff with input from the community. Over the next five years, the Library will activate goals in each of the overarching themes: Belong, Celebrate, and Discover.
