The Vacaville Unified Library District Governing Board consists of seven members. The seven member appointed board serves as the governing board for the Vacaville Public Libraries.

The Solano County Library Advisory Committee and Measure L Oversight Committee have merged to form the Solano County Library Oversight Advisory Committee—a seven-member, Board-appointed body that oversees library funding and advises on services to ensure transparency and accountability.

Ten-member appointed board that serves in an advisory capacity on matters of library services as provided by the County Library.

Seven-member appointed board that serves at the governing board for the Solano County Law Library.

The Board of Supervisors shall appoint a seven member citizen’s’ oversight committee with one member appointed from each of the seven cities within the county’s public library systems.
